Sean Emmett – Group Commercial Director

Sean joined Andersons in 1997 from Countryside Properties Plc, where he was a Senior Surveyor responsible for Commercial, Retail and Residential developments.

His management experience within the group now extends to all pre and post commercial activity. Sean holds a degree in Quantity Surveying and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Ken Carter – Contracts Director

Ken is responsible for an in house workforce of 300 employees and has seen the company grow from 3 to over 500 employees during his nineteen years with the Anderson Group. He brings vast experience, knowledge and programming skills to the business having had hands on roles in every area of our business over the years.

David E. Byatt – Managing Estimator

David is Managing Estimator for the Group, heading a team of Estimators carrying out budgetary works for Clients and competitive bids for the many varied projects the Group is invited to tender for. He joined the Anderson Group Commercial Department in 1993 from Jarvis plc, initially undertaking Surveying duties on Anderson Construction projects and previously worked for French Kier and Alfred McAlpine on both Building and Civil Engineering projects.

Paul Williams

Paul joined Andersons in 2000 as a Senior Surveyor and was promoted to the position of Managing Surveyor in 2004. Paul works closely with his team of eight surveyors through all aspects of the construction process and continues to support and assist them wherever possible. He also works closely with the estimating division. Prior to Andersons Paul worked predominantly with sub contractors whose specialisms included concrete frame, brickwork and carpentry.
